At Faber, we want your home to be your sanctuary, which is why we offer a 30-day return policy for all furniture and decor items in their original condition. If your piece isn't the perfect fit, we are committed to making the exchange or refund process as seamless as possible.
Initiate Your Request
Log into your Faber account and select the order containing the item you wish to return to receive a Return Authorization number.
Pack With Care
Place the item back in its original packaging with all protective inserts to ensure it remains undamaged during the journey back to our warehouse.
Attach Shipping Label
Print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and affix it securely to the outside of your package, covering any previous shipping marks.
Drop Off and Refund
Hand your package to the designated carrier; once our team inspects the item, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
